What is supported living, and how does it differ from a care home?

In supported living, you live as an autonomous tenant with a full legal tenancy agreement, giving you complete rights to your home and privacy. Our team provides flexible support tailored around your daily routines. Care homes, by contrast, are fully residential institutions where room and board are bundled directly into clinical care, often with more restrictions on personal movement.

We support adults aged 18 to 65 with primary mental health diagnoses, cognitive development needs, or complex psychiatric rehabilitation pathways. We work directly with individuals who want to transition from secure wards or clinical step-down facilities back into independent community living.

Support hours are structured following a comprehensive pre-admission assessment. Depending on your needs, you can receive anywhere from a few hours of support per week up to full 24/7 on-site support worker coverage.
